CO-Physical Therapist Outpatient, Silt Colorado (Job ID OOJ - 8452)

Western Colorado premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Physical Therapist at our Silt Colorado Outpatient Clinic. 

Due to increase in volume, we are working to shorten our wait time for patients, so increasing our Rehab staff #'s to accommodate. 

In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.

Schedule: Working 4-10 hour days/week, days will vary. Leaves 3 days a week to go play in the mountains and slopes!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy 
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
• At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
