Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Seaside, OR
Employment Type: Full-Time / Day Shift
Base Salary: USD 134,035 to USD 211,598
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for eligible external candidates (paid upon meeting all conditions).

Job Description
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, individualized, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care to patients. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy outcomes and enhance patient quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, drug information, and patient education.
Ensuring safe and effective use of medications through monitoring, intervention, and documentation.
Participating in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies, protocols, and guidelines.
Supporting integrated pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
This role requires a strong commitment to the organization’s mission and values, including a focus on patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
Licensure: Valid Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
Preferred: Experience:
1+ years of acute care hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent.
Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency program.

Skills:

Strong clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in pharmacy software and electronic medical records (EMR).
